Attention Distributors – Invite Your Clients to Promotions East!

New this year, SAAGNY is pleased to offer Distributors a unique engagement opportunity to explore products and solutions alongside their clients. 

How do I invite End Buyers/Clients?
After you complete your registration for Promotions East, you will receive a unique End Buyer/Invited Client registration link in your confirmation email to share with your End Buyers/Invited Clients to register. Use this, in conjunction with the End Buyer / Invited Client Marketing Toolkit to invite your clients to Promotions East. When a client registers, you and the client will receive a confirmation that the registration has been completed.
 
What is the cost?
Distributor members of SAAGNY, NEPPA, PAPPA, TRASSA, CPPA, and VAPPA will pay $49 per End Buyer/Invited Client. Non-member distributors will pay $99 per End Buyer/Invited Client. Your client will not receive an invoice to attend. You will be invoiced directly beginning in September for the client registrations generated through your unique End Buyer/Invited Client registration link.
 
Can I see who registers using my unique invite link?
Yes, you will receive a copy of each registration generated using your unique link. You may also view all of your client registrations by logging in to your registration account here.
 
What if an End Buyer/Client is invited by multiple distributors?
Registrations will be handled on a first come, first served basis. The distributor who registered the client first, will be tied to the client’s registration and be responsible for payment.
 
What if my client needs to cancel?
You or your client can cancel the registration through the link provided in the confirmation email. There will be no penalty for cancellations received by September 25, 2023. After that, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or no shows.
 
How will my client be badged on the show floor?
End Buyers/Invited Clients will have their own distinct lanyard color. Badges will contain first name only along with a unique code tied to the distributor that invited them.
Will my client be able to be scanned by suppliers on the show floor?
Yes, we’ve made it incredibly easy. End Buyer/Invited Client badges will be able to be scanned by suppliers just like distributors. Suppliers can take notes, add samples requests, or specific product information. The distributor tied to the client will receive a spreadsheet of all the supplier scans and notes throughout the event.
 
What data will the supplier get from the client scans?
The scanned information shared with the supplier will only be the specific note they took during the interaction. The client’s first name, unique code, and distributor sales rep name, company, and email tied to the client.
 
Will suppliers be discussing net pricing or handing out contact information?
No. All suppliers will be informed of proper behavior and etiquette while End Buyers/Invited Clients are on the show floor. If you do see a supplier not adhering to the rules set forth, please advise a member of the staff and it will be addressed.
 
What events can my clients attend?

  • Splashtastic Promo Pool Party, 9:00pm – 11:30pm
  • Note: Dine Arounds are NOT included
 
Wednesday, October 4
  • Full access to the Exhibit Hall, 9:30am – 3:00pm
  • All education sessions in the Exhibit Hall, 10:00am – 1:25pm
