How do I register to attend as a guest of my Distributor?Â
Ask your Distributor to share their unique guest registration link which will provide you the opportunity to register. Once the form is completed you will receive an email confirmation with more details and reminders to help you get the most of your Promotions East experience.

What’s included with my registration?
An “End Buyer/Invited Client” badge will grant you access to these functions:

Tuesday, October 3
- New Product Sneak Peek, 3:00 – 4:00pm
- Awards Ceremony, 4:00 – 5:00pm
- Splashtastic Promo Pool Party, 9:00 – 11:30pm
- Note: Dine Arounds are NOT included

Wednesday, October 4
- Full access to the Exhibit Hall, 9:30am – 3:00pm
- All education sessions in the Exhibit Hall, 10:00am – 1:25pmÂ

How will I be badged on the show floor?
End Buyers/Invited Clients will have their own distinct lanyard color. Badges will contain first name only along with a unique code tied to the distributor that invited you.

Will I be scanned by suppliers on the show floor?
Yes, End Buyer/Invited Client badges will be able to be scanned by suppliers just like distributors. Suppliers can take notes, add sample requests, or specific product information.

What data will the supplier get from scanning my badge?
A scan will share your first name, unique code, distributor sales rep name, company, and email tied to your invitation.
What other activities are available?
End Buyers/Invited Clients are welcome to attend these scheduled SAAGNY Foundation social events during Promotions East. (NOTE: Each of these opportunities requires a separate registration outside of your complimentary event registration.)

Kitting Relay Race
Wednesday, October 4, 1:00 – 2:00pm
The Kitting Relay Race is a great opportunity to care for our community. Last year we filled 43 bags in 10 minutes, and donated them to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission.

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your event registration by emailing info@promotionseast.com. Let us and your Distributor know you will not be attending by September 25, 2023.
